	Order Policy	Changes to Standard/Discount Prices. We have introduced a range of New Customer starter kits. As a result, we have made changes to the policy. Please read the new Policy page here.
	Starter Kits	Ideal for New Customers. All kits contain additional information which is not contained with other items to prevent wastage on repeat orders. Various 500, 200, 50 & 15 ml bottle sizes are available in different combinations. The 50 ml bottle has a Pump Spray and the 15 ml has a dropper attachment.
	500 ml Range	Our best selling size. Designed for regular and repeat customers to obtain further Colloidal Silver at the best prices. No dispenser cups & only limited information is enclosed, to avoid wasteful duplication of items. This is for ecological reasons not cost. We will always supply them free if requested.
	Postage & Delivery	All prices include postage & packing. Total weight of one 500 ml package is 1.1kg so postage costs are high. All UK orders are sent by Royal Mail. We try to ship all orders within 24 - 48 hours of receipt of the order. Any order received after 14:00 on Fridays will be shipped the following Monday. Starter Kits are always sent 1st class or Special Delivery (Next working day by 13:00), depending on weight. Single bottle orders are sent Royal Mail 1st class. Muli-bottle orders are sent Royal Mail Parcel 3 - 5 day service.
	EU Orders	We do accept Euros but there is a bank charge of £5.50 (included) to process your cheque. If you have a Sterling bank account, it will be cheaper for you or use the PayPal option which is also cheaper & they convert from your local currency at the checkout. We use the small packet air mail service so please allow up to 10 days for delivery.
	PET Plastic	Useful for high consumption users with a shelf life up to 2 months. Excellent as a refill for our Amber glass bottles. NYA - Not Yet Available but coming soon when we have the space to hold 3,000 bottles!
